Lee Redmond of Salt Lake City, USA has lost her nails in a road accident, and I don't think it meant lost as in misplacement, more like being chopped off or broken off or some shit like that. As if that is not bad enough, Redmond has also as a result lost her place in the Guinness Book of World Records for possessing those long garish nails, the longest one measuring . . . er . . . measured (?) 2 feet 11 inches.
This is no doubt a sad loss for mankind but look at it this way - Redmond can now dig her nose without the (real) danger of puncturing her lungs in the process. That surely must be a good thing?
