First, fifth, does it matter?

In Expedia's second annual global Best Tourist Survey, 4,500 hoteliers around the world rank Australians the sixth-best tourists among 27 nationalities surveyed.

Australians were complimented for being sparing in their complaints (3rd place), being polite (4th), their willingness to speak the local language (5th) and their good behaviour (5th).

This isn't fair because I do think Australia would have scored first for good behaviour if not for this.
